Maximum Timeline: 30 days (may extend to 60 for complex cases)

- No longer receive messages.
- Conversation history unavailable.
- Account deactivated/closed.
- Removed from marketing lists.
Platform Specifics
WhatsApp: We delete phone number & history. You must delete account via app.
Messenger/Instagram: We delete logs & IDs. You control data on Meta platforms.

Automated Deletion
Inactive accounts (3 years), marketing data (after opt-out), and technical logs are automatically deleted per our retention schedule.
Costs & Fees
Standard deletion requests are FREE. Excessive or unfounded requests may incur a reasonable fee.
